Your Mac desktop, alive.

The board sits at the desktop level, behind your icons, on every Space, and animates as messages arrive. Not a picture of a board: the real one, flipping while you work. Or set it as a screen saver, or let it write a fresh desktop picture each time it settles.

Turn your phone on its side.

Wall mode drops every button, keeps the screen awake and fills it with flaps. Landscape is where a 22-column board really fits, so an old iPhone propped against your monitor becomes a departure board for your day.

The whole screen is flaps. Swipe the remote for channels, and the local API is on from the first launch, so anyone in the house can post to the television from their phone.

There is no audio file anywhere in Clack. Every clack is made the moment it is needed, out of three sounds and an envelope, with the numbers nudged so no two are ever quite the same.

The finish you pick for the board goes all the way to the Home Screen. The realism icon has the hinge pins, the tilt and the print sitting a hair off centre, same as the flaps do.

Widgets that are the board

Not a shortcut to the app, the board itself on your Home Screen. Tap it and it flips to your next channel without opening anything.

Any typeface you own

The system faces, rounded, serif or monospaced, or drop in a font file of your own. Weight, width and size are yours too.

The Action button

Assign it and one press moves the board on. It is a Control Centre control and a Shortcuts action as well, so automations can drive it.

News you actually read

BBC, Guardian, Reuters, Hacker News, or any RSS feed you paste in. Headlines get shortened to fit rather than cut off halfway.

Your team, in their colours

Football, NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL and Formula 1. Live scores while the match is on, and the next fixture when it is not.

Scenes and quiet hours

Group channels into a scene, give it weekdays, or let a Focus pick one. The board sleeps at night the way a real one does.

It speaks the same language as the real boards.

Home Assistant, Zapier, n8n, a cron job or one curl can post to it unchanged. Send plain text, or the exact grid of character codes.
